THE UP STAT SC CORRELATES
VOLUNTEERS
ABOUT
The UP School of Statistics Student Council Correlates are the volunteer arm of the UP STAT SC. The Correlates is currently in a project-based system, thus, the volunteers are arranged by the projects, events, and initiatives of the Council.
TYPES OF COMMITTEES
In every Council initiative, the Correlates are usually divided into three types of committees per project. However, this is dependent on the decision of the Project Head.

The Career Assistance Program-Statistics (CAPSTAT) Team is a student-organized committee
committed to help students achieve their career aspirations by providing occupational information, linking to career opportunities, and conducting career talks.

The E-Rhobots team is assigned to work on E-Rho. E-Rho is the Council's official mascot for education and research matters: initiatives for tutorial sessions, academic resources, and academic reminders.

The Sample Space is the UP School of Statistics Student Council’s official newsletter. It highlights important events, initiatives, and campaigns the Council had throughout the academic year.

The External Engagements team is a new committee established under the office of the Public Relations Councilor. It is in charge of assisting the council in achieving the required engagements in a partnership. This includes liking, sharing, and other forms of engagement as mandated by the partnership.

the UP School of Statistics Athletics League (UPSSAL) will be held both face-to-face and online, and will be a series of inter-batch games that aim to instill the values of sportsmanship and camaraderie among the members of the Statistics community.

The Creatives team is a new committee formed under the office of Media and Publicity Councilor. It is tasked with assisting the Media and Publicity Councilor in creating publicity materials. Do note that the creatives committee can be assigned to an event given no publicity committee is established.
